Delivery Information and Returns Policy

Casa Bebé can deliver to most destinations worldwide.

Please note that most of our furniture arrives flat packed for self assembly. Full instructions are included with step by step assembly instructions.

UK delivery charges are as follows:-

FREE Standard Delivery on UK orders over £100

  • STANDARD DELIVERY (2-5 working days) - £3.95
  • NEXT DAY DELIVERY (Orders before 1pm) - £8.95
  • INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY* (Up to 14 working days) - £24.95

*Excluding all furniture

Online Returns Policy

We are happy to offer our customers a full refund or exchange (except on personalised gift boxes), if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase within a 28 day period.

Please complete the 'reason for return' form that comes with your purchase when returning your item(s) to us. For your convenience, we have also included a pre paid returns label, just attach it to the outside of the parcel, no need to purchase stamps**. We highly recommend that you still take your parcel to any Post Office counter & get a receipt, this does not cost you anything but allows you to track the package. If for example, your returned item went missing in the post, and you have no proof of postage, we would not be able to offer a refund in these circumstances.

All returns must be in their original packaging or box, must include any labels or tags and must be in perfect re sellable condition. If items are returned with any signs of damage, signs of use, or other obvious markings, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund. In some circumstances, if we feel it is possible to re sell the item at a reduced price, we may offer a refund up to a maximum of 50%. This is at the sole discretion of the management.

International Deliveries

We can post everything (excluding furniture) to most worlwide destinations for a flat fee of £24.95.

Unfortunately, we cannot send deliveries to any 'P.O. Box' address, as all our deliveries are posted using International Recorded Delivery.

The above online returns policy still applies for International returns, however, there will be postage costs for returning items to the UK which must be met by the customer. We highly reccommend that you return any items to us by INTERNATIONAL RECORDED DELIVERY as any items lost in the post cannot be refunded.

International furniture delivery

Due to popular demand, we can now ship anything from our furniture collections to most destinations worlwide.

The delivery charges vary depending on the delivery address, please e-mail info@casabebe.co.uk for an international furniture delivery quotation.

Due to distance and delivery charges, on the rare occasion that your furniture arrives with any signs of damage, you must inform us immediately and we will arrange for any damaged parts to be replaced as soon as possible. 

USA furniture delivery

All our furniture deliveries to the USA are handled by UPS and we offer a DOOR TO AIRPORT SERVICE including insurance for extra peace of mind. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you tracking information which allows you to track your order during any stage of the delivery. Our USA delivery charges include freight, fuel, security, UK export charges, US import service fees and basic customs clearance.

Once your goods reach your nearest airport, you will be contacted by your local UPS office to take you through any relevant paperwork required to clear customs. At this stage, you can arrange for UPS or another courier of your choice to deliver the goods to your home address, or if you prefer you can collect the goods using your own transport.

Please note, there may be additional taxes or customs charges when the goods arrive in the USA which are outwith our control and would be the responsibility of the customer purchasing the goods in all circumstances. For further information please contact US Customs.

Please also note, that our delivery charges are from our door to your nearest airport or port. The cost of the delivery from the airport to your home address wold be the responsibilty of the customer. We have tried and tested various different delivery methods, and this is by far the easiest and most straight forward way for you the customer! We can, in some circumstances, and at the request of our customers offer door to door delivery to the USA, however, please be aware that if we do this, it will add a significant amount of time onto your delivery, and this is something that is out with our control.
